By using the Vitola app, you accept these terms.
1. Purpose of the app
Vitola is a free app for managing and documenting a personal collection: wine cellar, spirits and cigars — inventory by place and container, aging tracking, tasting journal and sharing with friends. Vitola is a collection app: it is not intended to promote or encourage the consumption of alcohol or tobacco, and sells no product.
2. Minimum age
The app is reserved for adults (18, or the legal age in your country). By using it, you confirm that you meet this condition.
3. Health warning
Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health; drink in moderation. Smoking seriously harms health. Vitola provides no consumption advice. If you need support, resources exist (in France: alcool-info-service.fr, tabac-info-service.fr).
4. User account
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for the content you enter. You agree not to publish illegal, offensive or infringing content in free-text fields (nickname, comments, photos).
5. Data and catalogs
Information offered in search comes from public databases (Open Food Facts, cigares.com) and is provided for guidance only, without any guarantee of accuracy. Your personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
6. Free of charge
The app is provided free of charge, with no ads and no in-app purchases. We reserve the right to change its features.
7. Liability
The app is provided “as is”. We cannot be held liable for any loss of data, service interruption or use made of the information displayed.
